The WIP of an illustration done as birthday present. It’s supposed to have been completed 3 months ago! Well, luckily people always forgive me for being such a bad girl ^_-
And, as soon as a couple of collaborative works will be completed – very soon, I hope – I start with a new project of mine! Do you remember the following illustration?
I’ve always have a weakness for 1920/1930 age, and recently I’ve restart doing some stuff inspired by those years. Actually I like very much fantasy genre – you know that! – and many of my illustrations are set in Victorian Age, anyway I think from time to time we all need trying something new!
That will be a long term project so, don’t expect to see finished illustrations shortly….but I’ll keep you informed about it!

hehe that is because you are good at what you do, it’s worth the wait, i truly love their faces, i can’t wait to the the one of the theme 20’s and 30’s all done and big! both are gorgeous love your monotones as usual!

I can’t help but think dorothea has helped re-kindle this passion for that time period ; ) Even though it will be a long wait, I look forward to seeing the new works, as always!!

Si’, dovrei davvero riprendere a disegnare qualcosa in stile anni’20 ^_^
